Dawn Avery is NCA’s digital and media marketing director. She is a certified content manager, certified social strategist, and Certified Social Media Pro, Has extensive knowledge in computer science and management. She has been assisting with the marketing efforts of small service businesses for over 15 years and as an added bonus grew up in the dry cleaning industry.
Dawn is going to break down digital marketing into manageable bite-sized chunks over the next 6 weeks, to provide the tools you need to manage and measure your social/digital media activity.

and lastly, specific tactics for Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, with posts, videos, shorts, reels, and TikTok
